Meeting Dates & Times

Wednesdays, June 16 & 30 and July 14 & 28

3:30 - 4: 30 PM Pacific / 6:30 - 7:30 PM Eastern

Welcome, Animal Lovers!

Book club members will have their hearts captured by the charming animals (and one robot!) in our four award-winners and bestsellers:

Song for a Whale by Lynne Kelly

Wish by Barbara O'Connor

A Wolf Called Wander by Rosanne Parry

The Wild Robot by Peter Brown

Members will have two weeks to read each book and join a small group of up to six young readers for live, online activities and discussion. We'll talk animals and do fun, enriching activities like "tracking" animals, adventure simulations, and Would You Rather? that will get us all laughing, talking, and making new friends. Plus, young readers will have the option to complete enriching projects between meetings, like visiting a local animal shelter or researching a wild animal.

The books in this club are geared toward students ages 8-12.
